SD - email reader error

  • since a few hours im getting no more SD tickets...so i thought i should check to log and see that all email's are now:

    error processing email for "mailserver", email sender adress "customer@company.com"

    are there more K2 server with this problem at the moment?

    working fine for the last few months!

    already reloaded hotfixes / re-apllied schema

    and OPENED a ticket with K Support (they are already investigating)

  • it's solved by disabling the old email reader and creating a new one with the exact same settings...makes sence !Smile
