Agent icon on terminal server

  • Good afternoon we are looking at using the service desk or ticketing but have a question regarding use on a terminal server. How do you use this within this enviroment. Since this is based on the machine profile and have numerous users on the system is there an easy way to accomplish this? We are talking about around 35 users

  • It doesn't go into TS but this thread has some stuff on getting the agent to work for an RDP session. Apparently it only shows in the first remote session but I've not tried it on any more than 1 so can't comment.
