This error just happen over night and as far as we know no one touched anything on the Kaseya server. When you open or try to open the Kaseya website the below error message appears. Has anyone seen this before, is it just an issue with the file that is in the error message? This happen after the upgrade (a few days after the upgrade), we are now on the latest version.
Thanks
karl

It looks like something did not finish with the download of this file. If you go to the System tab, License Manager, Update Code, Enter. This will reload your license file and the files associated on your server.

I've seen this happen if your IIS http handlers aren't correct. What version of IIS are using on your K Server? If you are using IIS 7 you need to remove the http handlers in the web site that houses your Kaseya web pages. You want to remove the .html and htm handlers so it will use the inherited server http handlers. It appears that Kaseya has a web.config file that points to ISAPI filters that are non-existent in IIS 7. We are testing a K Server installation on a Windows Server 2008 install (not supported by Kaseya). We got Kaseya up and running after some minor tweaks like the one above. Some features like Automatic alerts are not functioning though. Hopefully Kaseya will come out with a supported K-Server install for Windows Server 2008.

@ DPInc -
Can you give more information on how to do this? I am getting the same error on the login screen and other screens, and I am running IIS 7 on Windows 2008. I think I have found the HTTP Handler area, but I dont want to remove anything we may need. Thanks!
