Ticketing Broken

  • Im having a huge issue at the moment.
    Our ticketing has hit a standstill because the buttons are missing from the users screens.

    They get into the ticketing portal, and there is not 'Enter New Note' function, no Submit button.

    We haven't changed anything to do with Machine Roles or Ticketing for some time. I cannot work out for the life of me what it is.

    Any ideas?

    Admins can write tickets, but users cant. attached are view by admins, and view by user.
