K2 Popup dialog box HTTP 500 error

Hi,
I am running K2 on a Virtual enviro running 64Bit OS (W2K3 R2 and SQL2005 std 64Bit) VMware ESX.
When I go and say schedule LAN Watch on a PC or Patch Management checks the popup box that comes up that you enter in your time and day etc is just blank with HTTP 500 error.
This also happens on a fresh install with all updates applied to the OS, just wondering if it is related to the 64Bit OS or SQL? Everything else seems to work okay as far as I can see.
Any ideas would be good, otherwise will have to try a 32bit enviro?
Thanks
Karl

Download the K2 kawebupdate.exe and run it.
It will re-install all web pages, and reset IIS setup for Kaseya.
See how you go.

Something I found, Reporting server works prior to installing fresh install of K2
After install the Reporting server responds with the HTTP 500 error, ASP registration issue as well if you run the SQL install again to repair.
I think there could be an issue with 64 bit version?
Anyone running a full 64 bit O/S and SQL?
Thanks
Karl

There is a Microsoft related issue with 64 bit reporting services on Windows and SQL 64 bit. Their suggestion is to install 32 bit reporting services.
Here is the article:

Yeah used this but did not bring up the 32bit ASP.NET in IIS web extensions list, need the below script to run as well which is not in that article?
%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
This is the article that I found that had the above script -
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894435
After I ran that all was good
Cheers
Karl
