issues after upgrade to K2

    Hi,

    i have recently upgraded Kaseya to K2. Everything went well except following:
    1. Agent icon no more appears in system tray on workstations/servers though all shows online in Kaseya.
    2. when i try to VNC/kVNC to any machine it pops attached screen shot but still connection establishes well.
    3. Live Connect fails to load on IE7 with full features.

    Any help is highly appreciated.

  • we have the same problem except the timer count down to 0 and says unable to connect.

  • I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling KVNC for a lot of my endpoints...

    No, we had to use IE8. Even then a few of our techs had a few modules like File Manager not load right. For most of us though, both IE8 and Firefox 3.6 are working fine for everything.
