has anyone modified the chat HTML/ASP to make it more usable?
We try to use it with clients on a regular basis to ask them questions or see if we can get on their machines. They rarely answer it and I believe it's because it just looks like a web page window that pops up, NOT a chat window.

We noticed the logo was showing Kaseya, not ours, even though we had modified the main web page to show ours. And it displays the "function list" (i.e. the Logon, Get New Password, System Status, etc.) on the left frame.

Does anyone know how to easily remove the left frame and modify the main chat frame to make it more obvious?
