Schedule report - Scheduling not send to email

  • Hi,

    We having problem down here which is our scheduling for report not working. It never send to my email like ussual. Previously its working.

    For your information, tested using test email to test smtp its working. And all alert for monitoring can send to my email. No problem so far.

    It's just when i schedule a report, it wont come to my email.

    You all can test and appreciate if you all can give d'feedback.

    Any1 experienced b4?

  • Yes, we are having the same issue. We are determining if we are accidentally blocking this from a recient config change.
    On the System tab under Configure send a test email ref alert sender address.

  • Yes our Hub server changed IP's. We went into IIS and update the SMTP Virt Server to change the IP.
