Change Default Notification mail new ticket

We use the G1 ( and want to change the content of the default mail that is sent when creating a new ticket.

Can someone tell us where this can be done, some of the notification fields can be changed bij means of a Edit button next to the check box. This one however doen not have such a button.

  • In "Notify Policy", select "Send aut response to emails creating net tickets"  Select the format button and edit the text.
