Server Agent Maintenance Mode?

  • We are currently using K2 or Kaseya2009 (whatever they call it now). I have been deploying a significant amount of monitor sets and scripts to monitor our servers.

There are times in which a technician needs to perform maintenance on the server such as defragging the exchange store, rebooting, apply updates, you name it.

Is there a way to temporarily disable all monitor sets and scripts for an agent during a specific time period? Ideally, a simple button to put the agent in maintenance mode would be ideal.

I find it troubling the only way to do maintenance on the server would require the technician to remove all the monitor sets from an agent and then remember to put them back.

    Any Ideas?
