Hi chaps,

We are thinking about kaseya for our out of hours monitoring service. However I was wondering if someone could help me with how it works before I speak to the sales chaps and get bogged down with sales talk.

Do they basically receive any of the alerts from our Kaseya server and do first line support for them before calling us, or do they only monitor certain types of alerts based on certain monitoring sets ?

Also, do they link in to our Connectwise board at all or do they simply deal with the alerts using the basic functionality in CW ?

Finally I suppose, how do people rate them ? (PM me off forum if you want).
