we're getting this message when we try to install agents via lan discovery. does anyone know what it means? we've already made sure that the firewall is disabled and that file and print sharing is enabled. also, browsing to the machine manually (e.g. \\host.example.com\c$) works fine.

I just ran into this on a single machine where we couldn't install with the credentials provided but we could UNC into the machine. I ended up using the local admin credentials to get the agent installed.
