Unable to use Remote Control

  • Hi Guys,

    We just installed Kasyea at a customers site on 4 new PC's they purchased Vista SP2. And the agent won't allow us to remote in using KVNC; services are all active etc but it never actually connects up; which is obviously making it a pain to remotely support them.

    Any ideas? I have uninstalled, preinstalled etc, etc.

    We had a similar problem with users using Vista Business, what we found was that you need to have the agent installed and then go to services, find the VNC service, go to logon dependencies and deselect the "interact with desktop" option.

    We are now able to remote control those pc's.
