Agent Uninstall crashing workstations

We managed to take two customers down today by uninstalling the agent through the web interface. All of the workstations displayed a message about "Kaseya Agent Updating" and then had to be rebooted to access the Internet again.
Has anyone else seen this?
I've also had a two machines groups where I've schedule the agent to uninstall, I've removed the GP policy in the server. The agents uninstall and then start popping back up again after a week or so and re-creating the machine group.

Do you use the network drivers?
It's highly possible a reboot would be required after uninstalling these.
