Can anyone tell me what custom reports they have created in the REPORTS MODULE that they share with customers for any given reason? We provide quarterly meetings and the canned reports don't really do much after the 2nd or 3rd meeting..

Also I've posted this before and gotten ZERO response - How have you customized the health scoring mechanism so that it makes sense?
