Too Many Emails being sent from Kaseya Server

  • My Kaseya Server is evidently generating too many emails for my web host to handle because we often get "you have exceeded the maximum 100 emails per hour"
    The problem: I don't know where to check what's being sent

    Any help would be appreciated - I'm sure this problem started with the Kaseya Server coming online and it seems to have a pattern.

    I'm sure there's a place to see what emails have been sent from the SMTP service on the Kaseya Server but I don't know where to look.

  • The easiest way to identify what emails Kaseya is sending would be to stop the SMTP server in IIS for a while, and let the messages stack up in the IIS pickup directory (C:\inetpub\mailroot\Pickup by default). Look through these to see what emails have been generated.
