Exit alarms on reboots or agent restarts fixed in SP1

  • FYI,

You don't get the annoying exit alarm emails after a server reboots or a the kaseya agent stops if you have this feature enabled. If you want to enable.

    1. Open SQL Server Management Studio.
    2. Locate kSubscribers database.
    3. Open tempData table.
    4. Set tempName=reverseNotify, tempValue=1, and a time to expireTemp field.
Reopen the table and make sure the entry has been set correctly.

    Enjoy

  • Bill,
I just checked our kserver and see that we have two entries for the reversenotify. Do you also have two entries?

  • I only had one. Are they both the same?

  • Yes they are the same. Unsure if that is an issue.
