First, I'd like to thank Kaseya for implementing the Web Service in 2008. It was one of the main factors in my decision to upgrade.
Second, has anyone else experimented with this yet? There should be a section in this forum dedicated to the API.
Third, be on the lookout for a client that I am in the process of developing that I want to share to you all at no charge.

What are you thinking of client-wise? I've started using the API through Autotask for importing devices into our ticketing and billing system. Works fairly smooth so far. Haven't gotten the ticket synchronization working yet.

I'm doing a couple of things with the client. The best feature is a tray icon that changes depending on the status of the server and clients. Also, a pop-up notification from the tray icon (like Messenger) when a ticket is submitted and when an agent goes offline, etc.
it's going to be beautiful. i'm about 35% done.
