Upgrade instructions for K2K8

You can flame me if I missed it somewhere, but I couldn't find any upgrade instructions for K2K8. I doubt that they are using their auto-update feature for this. (If they are, then we shoulda had an announcement.)
If they are delaying instructions until after the release, that upsets me as well. Hard to plan service outages with no information.
Other than that, I'm excited about the release

I get the feeling that no one will be answering this question for some time?
Any chance that there will be any announcements today?

First of all, I wouldn't expect K 2008 to be released today. Also, when it is released there will be instructions. There always has been. Just sit tight. It will come soon enough.
