Kaseya in a terminal environment

We have Kaseya installed on a terminal server here in our office, and I've noticed that the Kaseya icon doesn’t show up for all of our users (just the admin account used to install it) All installations are done in install mode so is the issue of Kaseya just not developed with terminal services in mind? or is this a future feature that may be on the horizon?

My understanding is that the Kaseya icon only appears when you are logged into the console of the Terminal Server or Citrix Server. It does not appear for RDP users...at least that has been my experience. I recall getting the answer above from Kaseya about 1 year ago. My memory gets a little fuzy...but I believe that is what I was told and it matches my experiences to date.
