I am wondering if anyone else has had their software patching/management component of the VSA stop working once they upgraded to Agent version 22.214.171.124. Currently all aspects of the software management module stopped working for use once we were forced to upgrade to agent 126.96.36.199. We do not see any updates being available for Microsoft products or even the 3rd party updates such as Google. Tomorrow is Patch Tuesday and we have no ability to update the clients unless we go back to manual patching. Kaseya has been working on our issue for over a week without any potential solutions or real response. So I am trying to see if other customers have this same issue and have work arounds.
