Is there an API or some kind of integration with Service Now?
We have an on-premise VSA.
We are shifting more towards REST API.

Our RMM Suite interfaces Kaseya VSA with pretty much any PSA via plugin modules. The Intelligent Ticket Processing module parses incoming alert events, runs VSA Procedures to attempt to remediate, handles on-call/after-hours notifications, and delivers parsable events to a PSA. With modular code (and all modules are provided), you can switch from ConnectWise to ServiceNow to AutoTask to BMS with just a few changes to a configuration file.
