KCB (US Customers ONLY) 7.7 (Update 1) Upgrade

    We are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading Kaseya Cloud Backup to (Acronis) 7.7 on August 15th at 2 am EST. Backups will run during this time. If you have a Storage Gateway please read the attached PDF as there are some steps that you need to take POST upgrade. If you do not use a Storage Gateway, then you do not need to take any action.

    The planned update to bring our data centers to Acronis 7.7 is now complete. As noted previously, you will be required to re-register your Acronis Gateway. Please reference the attached PDF guide to help with this. You will have to complete this before August 19th or the gateway will no longer work.

  • Cesar, I am getting hundreds of emails of failed KCB backups due to Certificates. We are not using any storage gateways and only use Kaseya Cloud (default setups). Third is getting crazy
