How are the logs from the server that hosts a VSA obtained?

I'm wondering about how this can be done because I'm working with support on another ticket in which I have to obtain these log files, but I can't seem to find them.  The person I'm working with is saying that they can be found in a file located right in the main part of C: on the server that hosts the VSA, but I'm not seeing any such file there.  Is there something I have to run on that server to obtain the log files?

  • Never mind.  I failed to notice the executable file that the agent I'm working with attached on his response.  So that's how it gets generated...
