Anyone have a good workaround for password expirations on service accounts? We have a few accounts used for integrations like Connectwise and IT Glue. Kaseya support was unable to help, but we can't be the only customer that has this problem.
It turns out that accounts that authenticate over API bypass the force password change. So there is no issue here as long as you are not attempting to log in to the VSA itself with that account.
Why not simply set the service account password to not expire in its identity attribute?
I am unable to find that setting. Can you elaborate on where that is?
