Kaseya R9.4 KRC wont connect to a client that has restarted

  • Hi All!

    Having a weird issue with the KRC on machines that have restarted, trying to connect to a client after a reboot brings up the the KRC on the techs PC and it say "Connecting" but after a few minutes the window closes and they are unable to connect.

    This happens in the Live Connect feature as well, the only work around I can do is connect using K-VNC and login then I can switch back to KRC and it works fine.

    Any ideas?
