Can't Add agents after upgrade from 9.2 to 9.3

  • ...and we have had ticket #166984 open since last Friday without any real help.  What is happening is that the agent installs but cannot create the account on the VSA ...  'Server was unable to create account. Error 16408 (0x00004018)'   Also, if we try to create a template, we get an error page in the frame as shown below.  Anyone else hit this or a similar problem and have a suggestion on what we can try?   Thanks in advance for whatever you can offer.

  • Ken, I've reached out to the tech working on your ticket. We'll need access to your VSA to figure this out as it appears to be server-side. As you're not able to add new agents going forward, this is critical. You should be hearing from the tech soon!
