Good Morning, I'd like to upgrade my VSA to 9.3 but my KInstall still does not show it's available. I know in past, I used to get an email to sign up for it but I think I missed it this time. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this upgraded? Thank you.
During the controlled release, a signup is required to 'get in line' for the new version. Once we hit general release (GA), contact your Customer Success Manager (CSx) or open a ticket with support. Your account will be verified and your license key can be extended to allow the current version where the license qualifies for such. Support/CSx can provide details specific to your license. Support tickets can be opened at helpdesk.kaseya.com. If you're unsure of your CSx, email email@example.com.
