I was looking to see if there was a way to automatically generate monthly tickets in the service desk module easy? Otherwise I'm thinking of building a script to run monthly to do this. I want to open tickets for maintenance, most will be monthly some quarterly, bi-annually, etc. This way I'm not spending the first couple hours of the month opening maintenance tickets to my team.
You could set your own machine to send an email to your SD to generate these and run it as a scheduled agent procedure monthly.
