Is there any way to flush C:\KNM\Buffer folder? Ours is up to 14GB.
It appears you are using the standalone version of KNM.
However, the X:\KNM\Buffer folder should not contain this much data, all of this data should have been forwarded to the statistics folder.
This indicates that the data may not be processing correctly.
What version/build of KNM is being implemented?
Is the Gateway Service on the KNM Server bound to the correct interface and talking correctly?
Is the Kaseya Record Manager service running?
If you look at live data or the live graph is it empty?
It may be best to also create a ticket with the answer to these questions as well.
