Newly created VSA accounts are not logging in .

I have remote master account on kaseya in my organization. I have 2 user accounts which created as VSA users as we have active directory in our organization, these two accounts show active but user cannot login to account through web login. It gives 'The domain authentication script has errored or timed out.' Need help to resolve this issue. I have recreated accounts but still cannot get this users logged in .

    This is an old post, but I just ran into the same problem.

    I found that the agent which hosts the Domain Discovery Probe was offline. This could cause that problem you saw: 'The domain authentication script has errored or timed out.'
