Due to nature of our business, we have several off-site/off-network PCs that we would like to manage through VSA. The majority of these PCs are located in rural areas, and connect to the internet via DSL, 3G, or in some cases dial-up. Due to our corporate security guidelines, I can't simply open ports on the firewall for the VSA server, so I'm looking for alternatives. I'm thinking a Reverse Proxy in a DMZ network will work, but I can't find any info on it in relation to VSA.
Do anyone have any recommendations, or advice?
I'm guessing you only use Kaseya to monitor your internal endpoints?
Yes, but it something we want to change. I want to monitor all workstation, internal and external.
