I am testing out the anti-malware bytes feature of kaseya 6.3 and I hava a system that will freeze up when malwarebytes is deployed to it.
The system is Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit, other test systems I have do not experience this issue.
Any ideas of why this is occuring?
If you wish to troubleshoot, ensure there are no other security/malware products existing on the system; also check the status of mbam-msp service.
I strongly recommend upgrading to the 6.5 or 7.0 version that deploys a more recent version of malwarebytes (1.75).

Upon closer inspection, I do notice that on this particular machine AVG has the Email Scanner component installed where the others do not.
I think that is the reason why it freezes up.
