Greetings from your Kaseya Community manager. To help you stay informed, this is a  “Monthly Kaseya Community Update” summarizing key community happenings.

Since I got involved in the community last month, tons of great stuff has happened:

  • Kaseya has launched the “Kaseya Community Local Meetup” series – Make sure to register for the first round of local meetups, held in London(6/19)New York (6/17)Tampa/Orlando (6/19)Chicago (6/24) and Houston (6/26).
These events are great opportunities for knowledge sharing, training and collaboration within the local Kaseya communities.
  • Release 7.0 has received a great response – Here is a live thread discussing users’ hands-on experience with their upgrade to 7.0: “Anyone Running Kaseya 7.0 Have Any Thoughts?
  • The community has been buzzing with 500+ discussion posts and 200+ new users joining the community in the last month.
  • The new Kaseya VSA Remote Control was the most highly discussed topic on the discussion forums.
  • I have to commend each one of you for keeping it live and giving it straight on these discussion forums.
  • A special shout out to the following new members of the community, who got active on the community from the word go:

What’s coming up next for the Kaseya Community?

The next month will see two major efforts rolling out for the Kaseya Community:

1. Kaseya University – This is a new subscription-based training center which will replace the current learning portal. The new university will provide role-based curriculum for Admins and Technicians, access to expert-led workshops, hands-on virtual labs, and continuing/advanced education. The university will have also have free courses - don’t we all love free stuff!

2. New look to the Community website – The refreshed website will expand the community site beyond the current Q&A forums. It will transform into a unified platform for members to connect, learn, discuss and support through web-based forums and offline events. For all you community members, the new website will be a one stop shop for:

        • Centralized Kaseya updates
        • Consolidated knowledge repository for product documentation and Q&A
        • Networking opportunity through local user group meetups and online discussion forums (you are already using this one)
        • Discounts on Certification / Training and supporting resources
        • Access to thought leadership content – webcasts, whitepapers, blogs, analyst /expert conversations
        • Opportunity to participate in Kaseya beta programs, Special Interest Groups (SIG) and submit product feature requests, thus allowing community members to be closely involved with Kaseya product development process

Stay tuned!

And thank you for being a valued member of the Kaseya Community!
