Does anyone have any trouble accessing their Kserver via a Mobile Device? For over the last 9 years we have been able to and then in August for whatever reason it just stopped working. We can get to the website and type in credentials but then it just goes to a white page. We've tried it on all different kinds of Mobile Devices and different Browsers on those devices. We've had a ticket opened with Kaseya since August but they basically say oh well we don't support it.
So here almost 10 years later we have taken a huge jump back in time and have to break out the laptops or be stationary at our desks to work on our Kserver. Anyone else run into this and maybe have a work around?
