I have a few former employees whose accounts I have just inactivated. Can I delete them? Will that cause any issues with any of the support tickets in the system they have worked on?
I believe you are referring to Kaseya VSA User accounts.
If this is the case, any user whom deletes an VSA User will inherit all objects associated to this user.
Some example objects that will be inherited are Tickets, Agent Procedures, and Monitor Sets.
