Issues since upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3

I have a ticket open with support, but haven't heard back.   Just wondering if anyone else has ran into these issues & had a work around?

Outbound Email is not working (verified credentials & tests fail)

Agent push updates are not working

DB maintenance plans are not running (backup)

Random & occasionally remote control funkiness  (technical term)

System still shows schema update is running

We did move the SQL Db after the upgrade to a new SQL 2012 server.

  • Patience. Let the schema update complete before doing ANYTHING.
