How can I get direct access to the S3 storage space for Kaseya backup? I need to recover data on the S3 space for an account that was deleted out of the VSA. What are the data retention policies for this? When is the data purged? It was my understanding that the data would stay in place unless the backup was removed through the backup section of the VSA. This does not seem to be the case.

Doug got us involved right away to reconnect the s3 data for the agent that was deleted. Its not a simple process, especially if the agent's GUID goes missing, which is possible.
Might seem like a dumb question but have you contacted support? I highly doubt you can get direct access to the S3 bucket without involving them
