W2008 R2 server. We are in the last planning stages for our 6.3 upgrade. Last week, we discovered that WSUS was not able to run on our server since some time last Dec, 2012 due to an older Intel RST disk driver that stopped it from working!!! Patch management showed 14 critical, but we updated disk driver, turn WSUS on and we have 57 "important" updates. Mostly security updates for .Net 3.51 and 2008R2, and IE 9. We also need to get .Net 4 installed.  Should we just install these one by one or as a group and then install .Net 4 or let 6.3 upgrade install .net4?  With than many security updates, we are concerned one will screw up the works.

Thanks!
