CustomerPortalTicket.xml not showing custom fields

  • All I'm trying to do is capture the submitter phone number and  use it in a message to us when the ticket is made. I got most the stuff down, i just cant get the custom field to show on Customer Portal Ticket.xml template - which is the simplest and easiest of all the templates for our end users. I realize there is a receipt property variable of [$SubmitterPhone$] but there is no field for the user to input that information. 

  • KcsSetup its not working on my pC i mean everytime  i click the KcsSetup it just loading in2 second after that nothing appear or happen about my installer or set up, can any1 help me plssss...
