Kaseya Community,

Does anyone out there have a sample SLA contract that I can use as a template? My MSP business is starting to find more organizations who do not want 100% outsourced IT, but instead simply wants us to act as a an extension of their internal IT team. They would like us to be their Level 2 support, when they are not able to manage the issues themselves. We leverage the Kaseya Service Desk and want to send them a contract that is less expensive than the full-blown managed services. Any help is greatly appreciated!
