We have the 2008 (K5?) version of Kaseya, and have migrated to a new mail server, now I need to change the K server to check it for new mail.
Where do I change that?
It send notifications out ok, as I set the relay up on the new mail server, but email sent in is not picked up be the K server.
Well, I'll reply to my own, in case someone is looking for it.
It is under ticketing > Email Reader
