Event log alert configuration question

I've started to set up client agents on servers and have just noticed that all my server event sets are configured to send email to 'noreply@kaseya.com'.  Is there an easy way I can change this email address on my agents without having to edit each individual event set (there are like 30 - 40 sets on each server agent, so having to edit them manually would be very time consuming).

  • If the event sets are the same on all (or most) of the machines, you can click the edit/load button and change the email address and set the email to replace, not add. Then reapply that set to the machines. Otherwise, the only way I know how would be directly modifying the SQL database which I do not reccomend.
