So, our 6.2 upgrade has gone less than smoothly. I think most issues have now been resolved by various combinations of resetting defaults, flushing browser caches, reapplying hotfixes and schemas, and waving chicken legs under a full moon.
One issue persists though. Our QuickView window is now totally blank. I've attached a picture. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. If nobody knows, I'll raise a ticket, but I always like the "quick feedback" option first! ;)
We had this exact issue after our upgrade. We were advised to re-enter our license code and then type the following <VSA>/inc/getcheck.asp
Which resolved it for us. hope it works for you.
We had one user with the same problem, supposedly he just Logged out and back in.
Surprisingly I have tried that! ;)

For me Re-Entering code did not work. Had to re-apply schema for it to work.
