Every time we set a scheduled time for scans, it gives us a totally random time. It is never the same and makes this software totally useless to us at the moment.
Being a new user, I assume that I could be making a mistake; however, this isn't logical in any way, and nothing was mentioned about it in the videos.
Also, the ticketing system for my support under the Kaseya Portal appears to not work either.
I'll be calling it in, but thought I'd ask here as well because I am aware of the strong community presence.
