I am looking for a document, if one exists, that gives best practices for items that should be discussed, info that should be obtained, questions that should be asked, etc before setting up a new customer.  The pre-sales process should obtain a good amount of info, but besides the basics, like when can we reboot your servers, what are you domain admin credentials etc, I'm trying to obtain info in order to be thorough and get the new customer setup properly.
