Am I missing something or is there supposed to be a Time Tracking tab. I can see and use the timers, but that's about all.
This is how it looks in our system after upgrading to 6.1:
I performed our 6.1 upgrade last night. When I first logged in I had the Time Tracking tab that Micke shows in the screenshot above. I actually went looking for a way to hide the tab in the User Role setup screen, but couldn't find a way. This morning when I logged in, the tab isn't present at all. There's a bug somewhere... I would open a ticket with K if you can't see it.
Same thing happened to me. When I first installed 6.1 I got a time tracking tab. Then I logged on this morning and that tab is gone.
Also, I can't find the Import feature that is mentioned under System.
Everything else, including the time tracker in the top right is present, etc.
we have them all, maybe a re-aply schema would help

I opened a case with K support and the only response I had was "we have confirmed your issue and raised it to a specialist".
That said, it is now working, so maybe they released a hot fix for it, or support has fixed it without updating the support ticket. I'll let you know if I get an update on the ticket.

@Eddy - did you ever get to the bottom of what was wrong here? I seem to have the same problem now.
According to K support it just needed a re-apply schema (though I had already tried this before contacting them and it hadn't worked)
I had a similar problem. I did both re-apply schema but without any luck so I decided to re-install the 6.1 update.
This helped and it's now working.
Thanks guys. reapplied the schema, rebooted virtual server and host, reapplied the schema again and no luck so looks like a reinstall of the update :(
Thankfully it's just my dev box.
Ours isn't there either. Reapplying schema did nothing, surely i don't have install 6.1 again. :(
@markdavidboyd I'm afraid so. Tried everything to no avail so had to run the 6.1 installer and once finished all is working well.
Lurked on this thread for a while, and now that the Time tracking module matured, i'd like to know if any of you have revisited it?
check out the screen shot below. Some really good stuff here.
1. Integration with service desk2. Putting your hours in lets you do some good custom reporting3. You can back date the time you did the job now. 4. Filtering to find the ticket you are looking for works nicely.
5. Most importantly, USE FIREFOX - Its lightning quick compared to IE and Chrome for Service desk (a Kaseya Dev confirmed this for me)6. If you aren't using SERVICE DESK, this is a waste of time and you don't really need the module ;)
