I see Application errors on all our agents from WinVNC and it is eveyday. Here is a sample:

Does anyone else see this? It happens when we are not remoting into a system. I've asked K-support, but they say to reinstall and to confirm there are no other instances of VNC installed (which there are none). They have KVNC, and we are on the older Kaseya before K2 (2008 i believe).
-Also, we are creating templates and if Terminal Server is applied to an agent, it seems that it can't be uninstalled. The same for a depolyed agent. If it has Terminal server as the RC method, I can't seem to change it. Maybe I don't have the rights since I am just a regular admin.
