We are having a growing problem when we want to go and uninstall Symantec, we have some users who have 10, 11, and 12. We can spend the time to get one script working but it only really will work for 1 version so it will take allot of time to do all the versions. Also we need to make a script to uninstall CA Pest Patrol. I guess there has to be a easier way to do this.
I was looking at Revo Uninstaller but doesn't look like we can do it over a network, I heard rumblings that Kaseya was thinking of packaging solution for us but I don't know how soon that might be coming. With the deployments of KAM and KES we have the need for a solution quickly.
You could enumerate the registry and run msiexec /x on the key
I've attached a vbscript I hacked together quickly that does this for Java. I used this to uninstall all java installs before the latest java release did this for you (thank god)
Maybe you can modify this script for your issue.
