DiPersiaTechSomewhat unrelated - but I had an agent go offline tonight (Really go offline - Internet went down.) Agent went offline in K - but never received the offline notification. Received the ONLINE notification, but that was it. Showed in the logs that it went down, but the alert was never sent via email (When I looked at the email logs.) I'll put a ticket in tomorrow. Someone else may want to check this if you've updated your server as per this thread.
