Lots of service timeouts for Kaseya Agent

    Somewhat unrelated - but I had an agent go offline tonight (Really go offline - Internet went down.) Agent went offline in K - but never received the offline notification. Received the ONLINE notification, but that was it.

    Showed in the logs that it went down, but the alert was never sent via email (When I looked at the email logs.)

    I'll put a ticket in tomorrow. Someone else may want to check this if you've updated your server as per this thread.


    You didn't have a suspend alarm set for that machine while the computer was offline?

  • This is all making me extremely wary about upgrading to K2, which I was sort of hoping to do soon... hopefully this gets resolved soon!

  • Well, looks like the agent timeouts and not checking in is resolved. Opened a ticket for not being alerts for offline agents. Will let you guys know.

    Only pattern so far is that it affects 2003 servers and not 2008 servers.

    Anyone else have this?
